Approach was founded in 1994. Since establishing, Approach has gained excellent reputation in the manufacturing industry. As an electronic manufacturing service (EMS) provider, Approach offers effective and flexible turnkey solution to customers across the globe. The manufacturing facility is fully equipped to cater high quality SMT & PCB assembly (PCBA), plastic tooling, precision plastic parts, specific electronic modules, wide variety of display integrated products and ODM products in various production volumes.
Approach has a strong engineering team to support customers from initial design to final product manufacturing. The manufacturing management system was certified with the ISO9001-2015, as well as FDA and QMS approval. Approach is also a registered manufacturer under the Code of Conduct for the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI). It assures Approach to provide the best manufacturing environment to meet the challenging demand and to stay ahead as a reliable EMS
Milestone
2019 – The China factory was registered as an independent
company in the name of APPROACH (DONGGUAN)
PRECISION INDUSTRIES LIMITED and was certified with
new ISO9001-2015 and BSCI.
2018 – The China factory was registered for the Code
of Conduct for the Business Social Compliance
Initiative (BSCI) supply chain management system.
2013 – The manufacturing base was relocated to a new
3-story manufacturing plant of 18,000 sq. meter
production floor area.
2010 – ISO16949:2009 certificate was up-graded; Paint
spraying lines for plastic parts was set up.
2009 – ISO13485:2003 certificate for Medical Devices
and GMC/TUV Global Manufacturer Certificate were
accredited. ISO9001:2008 certificate was upgraded.
2008 – IECQ:QC080000 certificate for RoHS and
Hazardous Substance Process Management was
accredited.
2007 – Acquired a new factory block to have a total
area of 12,000 sq. meters. ISO/TS16949:2002
certificate was obtained for Automotive Products.
2004 – ISO9001:2000 certificate was obtained.
2001 – Precision plastic injections and EDM
tooling workshop were established.
1994 – APPROACH INDUSTRIES LIMITED and the subcontracting
factory in China were established.
